A LITTLE PERSONAL STORY ABOUT PLANNING
Throughout my 5 years in business, the idea of planning out my year has always freaked me out.
It felt fixed, limiting, and boring.
So instead of planning, I “winged” it. I offered whatever I felt like offering, and did my best to market those services on the fly.
The problem was, I consistently fell behind.
I struggled to get my message out there.
And my offerings were all over the place,
So this summer, I tried something old Lauren would have hated…
I started planning ahead.
In June, I planned out July thru September. Then, in August, I planned out the rest of 2019.
And to my surprise, I didn’t feel stuck, limited, or pinned down.
My anxiety disappeared.
And best of all, I felt free.
I was finally able to focus on creating powerful content, and serving my clients. I didn’t have to market on the fly in a rapidly changing coaching world.
For the first time in my business journey, I felt like I had (at least a few) things 100% figured out.
Feeling pretty jazzed about my newfound love of planning, I sat down in early November to plan the first quarter of 2020.
And instead of just the first quarter, I planned the whole freaking year!
After that powerful planning session, I got super clear on the framework, I built a workshop, and now I am ready to share this planning system with YOU!
