The following is a service and use agreement with Lauren Elizabeth Coaching, Lunar Alchemy Productions LLC. 

By purchasing coaching/consulting or a group program, with Lauren Elizabeth Coaching, I understand and agree to the following terms:

Payment:
1. You will be charged the full amount for the service, prior to booking a session, unless you have a payment plan agreement with Lauren Elizabeth. 
2. If you select an available payment plan, you agree to make all agreed upon payments on time. 
3. If you fail to make payments on time, you understand that Lauren Elizabeth has the right to revoke your access to the service/program/offering, until any and all outstanding payments are made, bringing your account current.

Scheduling:
1. All 1:1 single sessions must be booked and completed within 30 days of purchase. 
2. If you have to reschedule a session, you are required to give Lauren a minimum of 18 hours notice, from the scheduled time of the session, in order to reschedule.
3.  If extenuating circumstances arise, and you have to cancel a session with less than 18 hours notice, you understand that your rescheduling is at Lauren’s discretion, and that Lauren can charge you a rescheduling fee of $75 USD
4. If you fail to attend a scheduled session, without giving any notice, you forfeit that session, without reimbursement. 
5. Sessions will begin promptly. If you are 15 minutes (or more) late to a scheduled appointment, it will be considered a no call, now show, and you will forfeit your right to the session, without reimbursement, If you are less than 1-14 minutes late, that time will be subtracted from that  session. 
6. Should a personal situation arise that prevents you from continuing your work with Lauren, you will clearly communicate with her (in writing), in a timely manner so that she can open space in her practice for other clients. 
7. For any service that includes multiple sessions, you agree to complete all sessions within 30 days of the scheduled completion date.
8. A session may be rescheduled twice, after that, you forfeit that session, without a refund. 

Reimbursement/Refunds:
1. There are no reimbursements or refunds on products purchased or services rendered with/by Lauren Elizabeth Coaching. 
2. If you fail to attend a scheduled session without proper notice, you understand that you will not receive a reimbursement for that session.
3. If you feel that you did not receive the agreed upon service, you understand that you may formally request a reimbursement via email to
hello@laurenelizabethcoaching.com within 7 days of the finished session or program. Requesting reimbursement does not grantee that a reimbursement will be granted. 
4. If you cannot complete your payment plan in full, you understand that Lauren Elizabeth Coaching may require a partial payment on the remaining balance in order to cover the costs of goods and/or services rendered.
5. Lauren Elizabeth reserves the right to change the price of her services at any time. The price that you pay at the time of purchase is locked in, and Lauren Elizabeth Coaching does not accommodate any retroactive refunds when and if pricing does change.
6. Should you need to change your payment plan, please contact Lauren Elizabeth Coaching via email as soon as possible. 

Policies and Disclaimers:
You agree to these by using this website, Lauren Elizabeth’s social media channels, following her advice in any way, or by making any purchase of her products, services,subscriptions, or offerings. The services and products provided by Lauren Elizabeth should never be used as a substitute for seeking professional medical care or assistance. Therefore, do not use the impressions given, via service and/or product, by Lauren Elizabeth to replace any advice that has been given by a medical professional. If you are in need of medical, health,psychological or psychiatric care assistance or consultation, then we ask that you to seek out a licensed medical professional for proper consultation and care. The information provided by Lauren Elizabeth  is not medical advice and should not be used as a prescription for your medical needs; it is to be used as assistance on your journey of spiritual and personal growth.

Privacy Policy
All our work together is considered extremely private and personal, thus, everything is kept completely confidential. Your personal information will never be shared with a third party for any reason, except for extreme cases where we find you to be at risk of harming yourself or
another.

In Addition to the above Agreements, you agree and verify that you, the client:
1) have voluntarily decided to participate in the service or product and have requested the service or product on your own free will;
2) are at least 18 years of age, and have not been declared incompetent;
3) understand your service or product with Lauren Elizabeth Coaching cannot be used as a substitute for any type of medical, health, psychological, psychiatric, financial or professional counseling, therapy or treatment;
4) understand that products and services offered by Lauren Elizabeth Coaching cannot guarantee a successful outcome and cannot substitute legal or financial advice;
5) understand and agree that it is your responsibility to decide whether or not you require professional counseling or medical treatment and should you require such services to seek them on your own as needed;
6) understand that there may be some things in your appointment, session, product or correspondence with Lauren Elizabeth Coaching that do not seem to apply right now but could apply at a future date;
7) by participating in the service or product with Lauren Elizabeth Coaching, you are accepting complete responsibility for your own medical, health, mental, emotional, psychological, spiritual and bodily well-being;
8) do on behalf of yourself, your assigns, heirs, executors, guardians, and all other legal representatives, hereby release, discharge, waive, and forever relinquish Lauren Elizabeth Coaching, including their employees, employers, and any other person associated with  Lauren Elizabeth Coaching, from any and all known or unknown claims resulting from, arising out of or in any way connected with information you may or may not receive during your voluntary participation in a service or product offered by  Lauren Elizabeth Coaching. You further agree that under no circumstance(s) will you, or any other person associated with you as a result of your session or consult attempt to present any claims against, prosecute, sue, seek to attach any lien for any purpose including satisfaction of a judgment or other judicial decree, to the property of  Lauren Elizabeth Coaching, and you hereby waive all claims, demands, compensation, and all actions that you, anyone associated with you or any other participant in the session or consult currently or hereafter may have for any injuries or perceived injuries or perceived or real losses you may suffer or believe to suffer because of or during your participation or involvement in a session or consult resulting from any actions, statements, answers to questions or omissions made by Lauren Elizabeth Coaching;
9) understand and agree that in the event any claim for damages shall be brought or prosecuted against Lauren Elizabeth Coaching or any person associated with Lauren Elizabeth Coaching as a result of your actions, omissions, or other act, that you and/or your estate shall indemnify and hold harmless Lauren Elizabeth  and all persons associated with Lauren Elizabeth Coaching from any and all claims, actions or damages, legal and otherwise, made by you or anyone associated with you including the cost and expense associated with defending such actions or claims;
10) understand that all information provided to you during your product, service, appointment or correspondence is considered confidential and shall not be disclosed except as required by law or in extreme cases when there is severe risk of harm to yourself or another;
11) agree that Lauren Elizabeth Coaching can use portions of any feedback sent after the service or product is rendered as a testimonial using first name only and state/country and without revealing any specific information about the session;
12) agree that Lauren Elizabeth Coaching can use portions of your appointment or correspondence for a blog post on their website, without revealing any specific information about your session.
13) agree to receive future emails from Lauren Elizabeth Coaching in the form of a newsletter with special offers, news and other information. You can opt out of these emails at any time by following the instructions at the footer of the email (click “unsubscribe”). Your personal data will be stored securely through the email services used by Lauren Elizabeth Coaching.
14) are accepting the terms of this agreement, disclaimer, and liability release, by your own free will while fully comprehending what you are doing and the result and consequences of your actions.
15) have read this and fully understand this agreement, and understand that by booking a session, service, or purchase a product by Lauren Elizabeth Coaching represents signing, accepting and agreeing to all the conditions stated within this agreement and includes a release of all possible liability of Lauren Elizabeth Coaching.
16) You cannot copy, sell, take, own or reproduce any content of this website in any way, without Lauren Elizabeth Coaching’s consent, otherwise, it is considered theft and legal action will be taken. 

We, at Lauren Elizabeth Coaching, and all persons associated, reserve the right to:
1) terminate your access to this website at any time. 
2) change and/or update these terms at any time.
3) require an additional contract for certain programs. 

You, the client, accept and agree to all of these terms and conditions upon booking a service or product with Lauren Elizabeth Coaching and waive any legal action against Lauren Elizabeth Coaching for the information provided in the session or consult.
You, the client, accept full responsibility for all actions, outcomes, and emotions upon and following booking a service or product with a Lauren Elizabeth Coaching.
