I’m a Radical Courage Coach + a Feminist Business Mentor. I’ve spent the last 5+ years unlearning the rules of the Capitalist Patriarchy, and building my own body of work outside the Business as Usual Paradigm…

These modules are broken down into three distinct sections:

 The first section is about gaining RADICAL CLARITY
In these modules, you’ll map out your big vision and your core values, you’ll unpack the cultural villain that you are helping your clients overcome and you’ll outline the Brilliant Feminist Framework that guides your work.

The second section is all about CULTURE BUILDING
In these modules, you’ll identify your strengths and your skillset, you’ll outline your unique story and highlight how that benefits your clients. You’ll learn important community building skills and set strong boundaries so you and your clients can thrive.

The final section is dedicated to FEMINIST BUSINESS PRACTICES 
In these modules, I’ll be teaching you my Courageous Marketing Method, you’ll learn my Pricing for Power system, and I’ll help you create a plan for giving back to your community so your income is directly correlated with your impact.

When you enroll in Brilliance, you get access to 12 months of weekly group coaching calls. These 75-minute sessions are: 

Collaborative…
The weekly coaching calls are a space for all of us to learn from one another.
While I will lead the calls, there will be space for other students to chime in and share what they are learning as well 

Intimate…
Each of these calls will be capped at 8 participants, that way you’ll have the space to share and get the guidance and support you need.

Optional…
The weekly coaching calls are available to you to get support in integrating Brilliance modules (or anything else that is arising in your business). I think of them as weekly office hours. They are NOT meant to add pressure to your weekly workload, so if you can’t make a few here and there, no worries.

The group coaching calls are held on Tuesdays @ 10am Pacific and 2pm Pacific

Upgrade to the Brilliance Breakthrough Experience, and you’ll receive a 90 minute intensive session at the beginning of Brilliance to ignite your vision and clarity, and a 60 minute call every month for the rest of your time in Brilliance.

That’s TWELVE 1:1 coaching calls in addition to everything that’s already included in the Brilliance group coaching container.

These calls will provide a deep level of personalized support as you clarify your messaging, refine your signature offerings, and increase the impact you’re creating with your business.

FAQ

when does enrollment for the summer 2021 cohort end, and when do we get started?

Enrollment for the Summer 2021 cohort ends on Sunday July 4th at 11:59pm Pacifc and you’ll be added to the course platform and have access to the first module starting Monday July 5th.

There will be a live orientation call on Tuesday July 6th, at 2pm Pacific/5pm Eastern, so you can say hello to your fellow cohort members, and share your intentions for the next year in Brilliance.

Regular group coaching calls will begin the following week on Tuesdays at 10am Pacific and 2pm Pacific.

why 12 months of group coaching, but only 6 (ish) months of training videos?

Unlearning and relearning takes time. Brilliance dives deep into the harmful practices that have been normalized by the Business as Usual Paradigm… and offers you radical reframes and self-regulating tools to deprogram and relearn feminist ways of doing business. 

And I don’t believe that process can be rushed. The weekly modules will guide your process and the 12 months of group coaching allows you to take your time integrating and get a ton of support along the way. 

This also allows you to move through the video modules more slowly if you want or need, and still have plenty of time to get support from the group coaching calls. 

12 months feels like a really long time. do i have to wait until the end of the program to build and grow my business?

Nope! Each module will give you tools and practices that you can implement in your business right away. Brilliance is meant to support you as you grow and further develop your unique message and business culture.

i’m just getting started in my business. can i still join brilliance?

Yes. I created Brilliance  to help business owners bring their offerings, their practices, and their company culture into deeper alignment with their feminist vision and values. 

Whether you are new to the online business world or you’re a seasoned business owner, Brilliance will provide training and coaching support that will help you build/grow your business in integrity with your vision for cultural change.

“optional" group calls? what does this mean?

The group coaching calls are highly recommended, but there is no curated content delivered during these sessions. I fully understand that life is BUSY and that sometimes we need to take a moment (or a whole week) for ourselves. These calls are held “office hours” style. You bring your questions, concerns, ideas… and I support you by offering guidance and feedback. 

If you can’t make it for one week, there is no pressure to attend. But they are available for you for a full 12 months.

i can't afford this right now but i want to take your program. do you offer scholarships?
