That’s because those rules weren’t built for you.
They were built for CEOs with 7-figure marketing teams and unlimited energy!
Meanwhile, you’re out here trying to market between menty-Bs, migraines, and unpredictable executive functioning.
Another planner, or pivot, or productivity hack isn’t the answer…
Inside the Cauldron, marketing isn’t a one-size-fits-all checklist… it’s a set of rituals you can actually stick with.
You’ll build your own spoon-friendly marketing framework, supported by coaching, community, and co-working that flexes with your capacity instead of fighting against it.
This is where selling stops sparking a shame-spiral—and starts feeling like simple spellwork.
Start with a guided Focus Ritual to set intentions, then join a Group Coaching Call to shape spoon-friendly strategy around your offers + workflow.
A cozy co-working session where we body-double, build momentum, and get sh*t done (without the burnout). Plus personalized mini focus readings in Slack.
Ongoing support in our Slack community (M–Th) where I’ll answer questions, troubleshoot, and cheer you on while you implement your rituals + sales spells.
Quarterly Focus Workshops designed to expand your marketing toolkit and make selling simpler.
Together, Beau and I transform her $28 self-paced (and stuffed to the brim) PDF course into a spacious $800, 3-month live cohort. With a spoon-friendly strategy, she sold out every spot in just two weeks, opened three more spots and sold those too. Now she’s got more recurring revenue and the bandwidth to focus on the other community focused offers she’s been feeling called to.
She saw a gap in the industry, but wasn’t quite sure how to bring her idea to life. I helped her craft & launch the beta round of her course! Then she built an ongoing membership so students could continue to get support. And now she’s selling an intro workshop… and she’s doing it all at her own pace.
Selling & centering her services felt hard, gross even. But when we focused on her client’s desire and goals (instead of fear and shame) her confidence bloomed. Inviting new clients in feels exciting now, instead of icky.
Here’s what one of the Cauldron members said about the community:

every month, inside the focus cauldron, you’ll get access to:
🕯️Crafting a personalized strategy + seeing real results takes time (no matter what the Boss Babes/Marketing Bros try to tell you). That’s why The Focus Cauldron begins with a 6-month commitment — after that, it shifts to month-to-month with a simple 30-day cancellation.
After nearly a decade in the online service world, I kept seeing the same gap: so-called “proven” marketing strategies that sound great on the sales call but fizzle out in practice… because they weren’t brewed for brains, bodies, or nervous systems in mind.
So I built what I couldn’t find.
Over the last 5 years, I’ve helped clients grow recurring revenue while cutting back their hours, launch without burning out, and turn sales + marketing into cozy rituals instead of shame spirals.
Now, inside The Focus Cauldron, I want to help you craft a strategy that sticks, honors your spoons, and feels more like spell work than self-betrayal.
Here’s the tentative schedule for each month in the cauldron:
✨ Co-working on Zoom every Monday at 10am Pacific – tap into the power of body-doubling and start the week with some momentum!
✨ Monthly Focus Ritual on the first Thursday of the month at 1pm Pacific – A guided group ritual to kick off the month with clarity and a plan
✨ Cauldron Coaching call on the third Thursday of the Month at 1pm Pacific – Detangle from marketing “shoulds” and get personalized support crafting frameworks that work.
✨ Quarterly Workshops will be scheduled and announced at least two weeks before the workshop –
Note – Schedule subject to change
The Cauldron is built with your spoons in mind, which means flexibility is baked in. All calls are recorded, so you can watch (or rewatch) on your own time. Plus, the daily Slack support means you can still get feedback, coaching, and accountability even if you can’t show up on the live calls.
When someone says they’re low‑spoon, they’re tapping into what writer Christine Miserandino first described in her 2003 essay, The Spoon Theory. She used the metaphor to explain living with chronic illness—handing spoons to a friend to show how each daily action consumes energy, and once the spoon supply is gone, it doesn’t magically refill without proper rest or regulation. And the terms low-spoon and spoonie have been adopted by some neurodivergent and chronically ill folks to describe their experience.
Being low-spoon means not having mental or physical bandwidth to treat your energy like an infinite resource. Every task, from showing up online to taking a shower… has a cost. That’s why folks who are low-spoon need strategies that honor their energy limits instead of ignoring them. (And that’s what we’re crafting together inside the cauldron!)
First… you’re not alone!! so many courses!! Honestly though, most courses are basically “content dumps.” You get a stack of videos, a workbook, and zero support for actually making it work in your real life. Which usually means it sits there collecting digital dust… full of spells you never cast.
The Cauldron isn’t a course. Instead of more information, you’ll have live coaching, weekly body-doubling sessions, and daily Slack check-ins so you’re not left to figure it out alone. (‘it’ being your promotions, your launches, your offers and your sales process)
We’re not just hoarding knowledge that never gets implemented. Together we’re going to turn your marketing into spoon-friendly rituals that work with your energy and honor your capacity.
Burnout is always a possibility if we push ourselves too hard. And sometimes, it happens. The goal isn’t to avoid it forever (that’s not realistic), but to stop living right at the edge of it.
Inside the Cauldron, we’ll build rhythms that work with your energy instead of against it. You’ll learn to track what’s working, notice when things start to feel off, and make adjustments before you hit the wall.
Success comes from creating a business that supports you, so you don’t have to keep burning yourself down to grow. And that’s what
I know the Boss Babes and Marketing Bros tell stories about their “overnight success” to sell their 10k courses… But sustainable growth happens over time. A 6-month commitment to the cauldron gives you time to build new rhythms, test your strategies, and make adjustments without panic-pivoting. This is meant to be supportive boundary that let’s us create meaningful change in the way you’re marketing your business.
After those first 6 months, your membership shifts to month-to-month with 30-day notice to cancel.
